- 2006 Foundation of Refond Optoelectronics (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. With registered capital of USD 20.5million
- 2007 TS16949:2002 certificated.Ningbo plant proceeded production with 70KK monthly capacity of Phase I
- 2008 The company moved into new factory, the area extended to 10308m2
- 2009 Total capacity 260KK/M.
