RAJUL RANDIVE is director of global application engineering at Crystal IS, a UV-C LED developer based in Green Island, New York. Randive joined Crystal IS in 2011 from Veeco Instruments and SEMATECH, where he worked in process engineering and R&D. He holds an MSc in organic chemistry from Gujarat University, a PhD in chemistry from Clarkson University, and an MBA from University of Albany, SUNY. Randive is a member of the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA) and has participated in UV technical standards committees.
