With an incredible resolution of 1 µm and a ray position accuracy of less than 3 µm, the RiGO801 – µLED is perfect for measuring micro LEDS bigger than 30 µm but also conventional LEDs. The LMK photometer is equipped with a microscope lens (3×, 1×) plus color matching function and ND filter that allows the user to get precise and fast measuring results of their LEDs, including micro LEDs.
