Klaran UVC LEDs are designed to provide effective, efficient disinfection for water, air and surfaces. Based on Crystal IS’ aluminum nitride substrates, these LEDs emit ultraviolet light in the key germicidal wavelength range (260 nm to 270 nm) to inactivate a variety of viruses, bacteria and other pathogens. The Klaran LED product line offers a range of power outputs from 50 mW to greater than 80 mW—with lifetime greater than 10,000 hours.
