    Surface mounted optic can be designed for a variety of beam patterns using IR, visible, or UV LEDs.

    Silicone optical lens attaches directly to PCB using solder clip during IR Reflow Process. SMO can be designed for a variety of beam patterns using IR, visible or UV LEDs. This bullet collimating lens achieves a narrow 16 degree FWHM beam pattern and is only 10.5mm in diameter. Standard part SMO lenses are available on Digikey and can also be custom-designed for specific customer needs.
